To investigate the PINK1 regulates mitochondrial function, we performed the gene expression data for two independent libraries for Pink1-/- and Pink1+/+ mice, at two different time points, 4 and 24 months. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for 4month and 24-month mice in Pink1+/+ and Pink1-/- mice.
为探究PINK1对线粒体功能的调控作用,我们针对Pink1纯合敲除(Pink1-/-)与野生型(Pink1+/+)小鼠的两个独立文库,在4月龄与24月龄两个时间点开展了基因表达数据分析。整体实验设计:对Pink1+/+及Pink1-/-小鼠在4月龄与24月龄时的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据进行比较基因表达谱分析。
