Matrix is self-by-self, so numbers down the left edge represent the same isolates named horizontally.补充数据3 自述文件 本数据文件包含若干逗号分隔值（Comma-Separated Values，CSV）文件，用于展示每个内含子(intron)对应的各分离株之间的两两距离。该矩阵为自身匹配方阵，即左侧纵轴标注的分离株与横轴横向命名的分离株完全一致。
