Small RNA_Seq of 21 dpi chicken thymus challenged with 648A vv+MDV

Differentially expressed microRNAs were identified in thymus samples of a Marek’s disease (MD) resistant line and a susceptible line of birds at 21 dpi of vv+MDV challenge. Those microRNAs might be associated with resistance and/or susceptibility to MD.本数据集通过对马立克氏病（Marek’s disease, MD）抗性品系与易感品系家禽的胸腺样本进行检测，在经超强毒马立克氏病病毒（vv+MDV）攻毒感染后21天的样本中鉴定出差异表达的微小RNA（microRNAs）。此类微小RNA可能与马立克氏病的抗性和/或易感性相关。
