The constituents of Myrtus nivellei essential oil were identified by comparing linear retention indices to a series of n-alkanes (C8–C29) under identical chromatographic conditions. This identification was further validated by comparing the obtained retention indices with those reported in the literature and stored in the MS and WILLY libraries. Additionally, the antioxidant and antibacterial preservation properties of the oil were investigated.

本研究通过在相同色谱条件下,将线性保留指数与一系列正构烷烃(C8–C29)进行比对,完成了内维利香桃木(Myrtus nivellei)精油化学成分的鉴定。该鉴定结果还通过将所得保留指数与文献报道值以及存储于质谱(Mass Spectrometry,MS)和WILLY数据库中的数值进行比对,得到了进一步验证。此外,本研究还对该精油的抗氧化与抗菌保鲜性能展开了探究。
