This deposit contains the complete validation, audit, and replication package for the CSU (Chrono‑Singularity Unification) framework's predictions for the CKM and PMNS mixing matrices benchmarked against PDG and NuFIT references. The CKM sector passes stringent validation, with global consistency characterized by a total chi-squared of approximately 7.63 for 9 degrees of freedom (p ≈ 0.57), stable under rephasing invariance and parameterization re‑expressions, and with a Jarlskog invariant consistent with PDG within uncertainties. The PMNS sector shows significant tension in current CSU predictions, most notably for sin²θ23 (≈6σ from PDG/NuFIT best fits), which we document as a falsifiable prediction pending upcoming neutrino data releases.
