Differential gene expression of human melanoma cells [ChIP-seq]

We report the gene expression comparison of human A375 melanoma cells with GDF6 and BMP pathway modulation. These comparisons were used to determine the gene signature regulated by GDF6. Examination of gene expression in one cell type +/- GDF6 knockdown as well as +/- downstream pathway reactivation.本研究报告了人类A375黑色素瘤细胞经生长分化因子6（GDF6）与骨形态发生蛋白（Bone Morphogenetic Protein，BMP）通路调控后的基因表达对比分析。该分析用于鉴定受GDF6调控的基因特征集。本研究同时检测了该细胞系在±GDF6敲低以及±下游通路再激活条件下的基因表达水平。
