Role of HSFA7a and HSFA7b in heat stress memory (Arabidopsis thaliana)

Dissected shoot-apices of Arabidopsis thaliana Col-0, hsfa7a, hsfa7b, and hsfa7a x hsfa7b were harvested in three biological replicates at 0.5 h after the priming and 0.5 h after triggering treatments to investigate the role of HSFA7A in thermomemory.为探究HSFA7A(HSFA7A)在热记忆(thermomemory)中的功能，本研究于预处理(priming)后0.5小时与触发处理(triggering)后0.5小时两个时间点，对拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana) Col-0生态型、hsfa7a突变体、hsfa7b突变体及hsfa7a×hsfa7b双突变体的解剖分离茎尖开展了三次生物学重复取样。
