TWAS Weights from OTTERS framework

This repoistory includes the TWAS xQTL weights for brain and immune cell tissues across ROSMAP and publicly available data. Weights from for ROSMAP include eQTL, pQTL and sn-eQTLs. Weights for validation include GTEx v7 eQTL, BANNER pQTL, and sn-eQTL from Bryois et al 2022 10.1038/s41593-022-01128-z Weights for sc-eQTL include DICE and oneK1K data本仓库收录了覆盖ROSMAP队列（Religious Orders Study and Memory and Aging Project）及公开数据集的脑与免疫细胞组织的全转录组关联分析（Transcriptome-Wide Association Study, TWAS）xQTL权重文件。 ROSMAP队列对应的权重文件涵盖表达数量性状位点（expression Quantitative Trait Loci, eQTL）、蛋白数量性状位点（protein Quantitative Trait Loci, pQTL）以及单核转录组数量性状位点（sn-eQTL）三类数据。 用于模型验证的权重文件包含基因型-组织表达（Genotype-Tissue Expression, GTEx）v7版本的eQTL、BANNER pQTL，以及Bryois等人2022年发表于DOI:10.1038/s41593-022-01128-z的sn-eQTL数据。 针对单细胞表达数量性状位点（single-cell expression Quantitative Trait Loci, sc-eQTL）的权重文件涵盖DICE及oneK1K两类数据集。
