Text-mined dataset of sol-gel synthesized BiFeO3 thin films

This dataset contains protocols for BiFeO3 thin film synthesis via the sol-gel method, mined from the literature. The set includes 340 data records, each representing a single synthesis procedure. All records comprise a total of 178 unique articles.
