Text-mined dataset of sol-gel synthesized BiFeO3 thin films

This dataset contains protocols for BiFeO3 thin film synthesis via the sol-gel method, mined from the literature. The set includes 340 data records, each representing a single synthesis procedure. All records comprise a total of 178 unique articles.本数据集收录了从已发表文献中挖掘得到的、采用溶胶-凝胶（sol-gel）法合成铁酸铋（BiFeO3）薄膜的实验工艺方案。该数据集共包含340条数据记录，每条记录对应一套独立的合成流程；所有记录共计源自178篇独立的学术文献。
