Colour-Rendered Bosphorus Projections Database

The Colour-Rendered Bosphorus Projections (CRBP) Face Dataset represents an innovative advancement in facial recognition and computer vision technologies. This dataset uniquely combines the precision of 3D face modelling with the detailed visual cues of 2D imagery, creating a multifaceted resource for various research activities. Derived from the acclaimed Bosphorus 3D Face Database, the CRBP dataset introduces colour-rendered projections to enrich the original dataset. It encompasses a wide-ranging collection of facial images, meticulously organised into two primary segments: CRBP-Raw.zip, featuring raw colour-rendered 3D facial projections, and CRBP-Yolov8.zip, which includes images refined with the YOLOv8 algorithm for enhanced facial region focus. It extends the Bosphorus dataset's capabilities by integrating colour information with 3D facial projections, thus offering researchers a comprehensive tool for innovative studies in facial analysis.
