采用454高通量焦磷酸测序（454 high-throughput pyrosequencing）技术，解析EMBR与CMBR的碳刷表面附着的活性污泥及生物膜的微生物群落结构，其中EMBR体系的活性污泥与生物膜分别命名为AS-E、Bio-E，CMBR体系的活性污泥与生物膜分别命名为AS-C、Bio-C。
