Transcriptome sequencing of Dendrocalamus brandisii

In order to analyze the tolerance mechanism of D. brandisii to Cr stress, a simulated pot experiment was conducted to analyze its gene expression by exposing D. brandisii to different Cr-concentrations.为分析D. brandisii对铬（Chromium）胁迫的耐受机制，本研究开展模拟盆栽试验，通过将D. brandisii暴露于不同浓度的铬环境中，对其基因表达特征进行分析。
