Locavorismo: uma análise de suas contradições à luz de experiências de agricultura urbana em São Paulo

ABSTRACT This article is a conceptual explorations of the food activist movement called “locavorism”, contextualizing its emergence and some of its manifestations. When put into practice, locavorism can have diverse and even antagonistic effects. In order to analyze these contradictions, interviews were conducted with two farmers’ organizations in the city of São Paulo, inserted in local consumption circuits, so that the potential social and environmental effects of this type of procurement could be understood in practice.

摘要 本文对名为“本地饮食主义（locavorism）”的食品行动主义运动开展概念性探索，梳理其兴起背景与部分表现形式。该理念付诸实践后，可能产生多元甚至对立的影响。为剖析此类矛盾，研究团队对圣保罗市两家嵌入本地消费循环的农民组织开展访谈，以期从实践层面理解该类采购模式潜在的社会与环境影响。
