本数据集开展了p53突变型与野生型黑腹果蝇(Drosophila)三龄幼虫经电离辐射处理与未处理条件下的全基因组表达对比分析。整体实验设计:实验材料为p53突变型(p53^5A-1-4)与野生型(y^1 w^1118)黑腹果蝇三龄幼虫;电离辐射处理组施加4000伦琴X射线照射,分别于照射后2小时、18小时采集样本;同时设置与处理组年龄匹配的未处理幼虫作为对照。
