Fragmentary funerary stele with a farewell scene

This is a part of the marble funerary stele depicting a farewell scene which is a common theme on Attic funerary stelae. The deceased is portrayed seated and surrounded by relatives or servants. Here, the seated female figure of the deceased is only partly preserved. The other two persons in the scene probably represent relatives. The stele may be an import from Attica. On the architrave, part of an inscription is preserved, ---ORAS本件为大理石质丧葬石碑（funerary stele）的残件，其上刻画的送别场景是阿提卡（Attica）丧葬石碑的常见主题。逝者以坐姿呈现，身旁环绕着亲属或仆从。此处作为逝者的女性坐姿形象仅存残部，场景中另外二人大概率为亲属。该石碑或为从阿提卡输入的文物。在其额枋（architrave）上，留存有部分铭文，即---ORAS
