The chromatin landscape of developing erythroblasts changes dramatically during differentiation. We have profiled the change in Gata2 binding in primary erythroid cells entering terminal differentiation using CUT&RUN. Overall design: This series contains CUT&RUN datasets for Gata2 binding in FACS sorted primary erythroid cells. There are multiple biological replicates for each progenitor population, plus IgG control datasets.
发育中的成红细胞(erythroblasts)的染色质景观(chromatin landscape)在分化过程中发生剧烈变化。本研究采用CUT&RUN技术,对进入终末分化的原代红系细胞中GATA结合蛋白2(Gata2)的结合变化进行了谱分析。整体实验设计:本数据集系列包含经荧光激活细胞分选(Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, FACS)分选的原代红系细胞中Gata2结合的CUT&RUN数据集。每个祖细胞群均设有多个生物学重复,同时包含IgG对照数据集。
