Isolation and antibacterial Activity of Anomanol B and other secondary metabolites from the stem bark of Anonidium mannii (Annonaceae).

Data was obtain by running NMR, Mass and IR Spectroscopy on compounds isolated from Anonidium mannii stem bark extract by chromatography techniques. The data was got by running experiments of the pure compounds on analytical instruments (NMR, Mass spectrum, IR) developed using software on the instruments/remote computer. The data was then interpreted to determine the structures of the compounds and values are shown on tables S1 to S4 as summary.

本数据集通过对经色谱技术从Anonidium mannii茎皮提取物中分离得到的纯化合物，开展核磁共振波谱法（Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy, NMR）、质谱法（Mass Spectrometry, MS）与红外光谱法（Infrared Spectroscopy, IR）测试获取。上述数据的采集依托由配套仪器或远程计算机上的软件驱动的分析仪器，对纯化合物完成相关实验后得到。随后对所得数据进行解析以确定化合物的分子结构，相关结果汇总于表S1至表S4中。
