Data compiled from NOAA's ARM research facility. Meteorological data taken from Utqiagvik, Alaska between January 1988 and July 2022. The minute data was used to obtain gust_time, the number of minutes in the hour above a wind speed threshold of 10 m/s, and combined with the hourly data.本数据集源自美国国家海洋和大气管理局（National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, NOAA）大气辐射测量（Atmospheric Radiation Measurement, ARM）研究设施。其气象数据采集自美国阿拉斯加州乌特恰维克（Utqiagvik），时间范围为1988年1月至2022年7月。研究采用分钟级数据计算得到阵风时间（gust_time）——即每小时内风速超过10米/秒阈值的分钟数，并将该指标与小时级气象数据进行融合。
