Expression data of tomato ovaries affected by temperature

The study goal is to explore and understand the effects of temperature on tomato plant development and yield. Wild type tomato plant of M82 cultivar were subjected to either normal or high temperatures in controlled greenhouses and their ovaries were collected to assess changes in genes expression pattern.本研究旨在探索并阐明温度对番茄植株生长发育与产量的影响。以M82栽培品种的野生型番茄植株为实验材料，在可控温室中分别设置常温与高温两种培养条件，随后采集其子房组织以评估基因表达模式的变化。
