Ureteral Stent Procedures

This procedure concept set contains codes for insertion, replacement, and removal of ureteral stents. It was developed by performing a string search for "ureter" and "stent" in the vocabularies ICD10PCS, HCPCS, ICD9Proc, CPT4, SNOMED, and OPCS4 in the measurement and procedure domains. This concept set is limited to the ICD10PCS, HCPCS, ICD9Proc, CPT4, SNOMED, and OPCS4 vocabularies in the procedure and measurement domains. This concept set contains most of the same codes as the previous version except contain concept_ids 44816428, 2109679, 2109680, and 4262587, which all refer to surgical procedures with consequent ureteral stent placement, not the procedure for the stent placement itself.
