Analysis of biopsy hippocampal tissue of patients with pharmacoresistant temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) undergoing neurosurgical removal of the epileptogenic focus for seizure control. Chronic TLE goes along with focal hyperexcitability. Results provide insight into molecular mechanisms that may play a role in seizure propensity Overall design: 129 human hippocampus samples本研究针对接受神经外科切除致痫灶以控制癫痫发作的耐药性颞叶癫痫（Temporal Lobe Epilepsy, TLE）患者的活检海马组织开展分析。慢性颞叶癫痫常伴随局灶性过度兴奋性异常，本研究结果可为阐明影响癫痫发作易感性的分子机制提供新视角。实验整体设计：共纳入129例人体海马组织样本。
