Novel Chiral “Calixsalen” Macrocycle and Chiral Robson-type Macrocyclic Complexes

A family of novel chiral “calixsalen” Schiff base macrocycles R,R-H3L4, R,R-H3L5, containing three chiral diamino moieties were synthesized by an efficient self-assembly and characterized by 1H and 13C NMR, mass spectrometry, and X-ray diffraction. The systematic synthesis, structure, and coordination properties of the [2 + 2] and [3 + 3] Robson-type Schiff base macrocyclic mono-, di-, tri-, and tetranuclear metal complexes were explored.一类新型手性杯沙仑（calixsalen）希夫碱（Schiff base）大环化合物R,R-H3L4与R,R-H3L5，其结构中含有三个手性二氨基单元，通过高效自组装策略合成，并经1H核磁共振（1H NMR）、13C核磁共振（13C NMR）、质谱分析法（mass spectrometry）及X射线衍射（X-ray diffraction）表征。本工作系统探究了[2+2]型与[3+3]型Robson型希夫碱大环单核、双核、三核及四核金属配合物的合成方法、结构特征与配位性能。
