This project was part of Teppo Rämä’s PhD thesis on diversity of marine wood-inhabiting fungi in Northern Norway. 454 pyrosequencing of fungal ITS2 amplicons was used to study the richness, taxonomic distribution and ecology of fungal communities in 49, mostly intertidal driftwood logs.本项目为Teppo Rämä针对挪威北部海洋木质栖生真菌多样性开展的博士学位论文研究的一部分。研究采用真菌ITS2扩增子（ITS2 amplicons）的454焦磷酸测序（454 pyrosequencing）技术，对49份样品（其中多数为潮间带浮木原木）中的真菌群落的物种丰富度、分类分布及生态特征展开了分析。
