Rapid identification of new genetic variation for crop improvement in large EMS-induced sorghum populations. Sorghum bicolor breed:bicolor | cultivar:BTx623

Whole genome sequencing was completed on Sorghum bicolor plants subjected to treatment by the chemical mutagen EMS. WGS was undertaken to ascertain the number of mutations caused by the treatment via Variant analysis, to ascertain the differences in variant counts in Sorghum subjected to different rates of EMS.
