The lung of yak is an important adaptive organ in the cold and low oxygen environment. Hypoxia can induce the pathological manifestations of pulmonary fibrosis in yak, but there was no study on hypoxia induced pulmonary fibrosis in yak. In this study, general transcriptomics was used to conduct studies on normal and fibrotic lung tissues of yaks. The results showed that MTTP, CXCL8, RETN, NNAT, etc. were significantly upregulated differential genes. SLC45A1, IL10, SDSL, COL12A1, etc. were significantly down-regulated differential genes. These findings provided a scientific basis for formulating effective prevention and control strategies, contributing to safeguarding yak health and the sustainable development of plateau animal husbandry, and providing strong support for animal health management and disease prevention and control in plateau areas.

牦牛肺脏是其适应高寒低氧环境的关键适应性器官。低氧可诱导牦牛产生肺纤维化的病理特征,但目前尚无针对牦牛低氧诱导性肺纤维化的相关研究。本研究采用全转录组学技术,对牦牛正常肺组织与纤维化肺组织开展系统研究。结果显示,MTTP、CXCL8、RETN、NNAT等差异表达基因呈显著上调表达;SLC45A1、IL10、SDSL、COL12A1等差异表达基因则呈显著下调表达。本研究成果可为制定高效防治策略提供科学依据,有助于保障牦牛健康与高原畜牧业的可持续发展,同时为高原地区动物健康管理及疾病防控提供有力支撑。
