RNA-Seq of NPCs ZSWIM8 KO cell after ZIKV infection

To elucidate the mechanism restricting ZIKV infection in ZSWIM8-depleted NPCs, hNPC sgNC and ZSWIM8 KO cells were infected with ZIKV (MOI=1). After 24 h, cells were collected for RNA extraction and transcriptomic analysis.为阐明ZSWIM8缺失的神经前体细胞（NPCs）中限制寨卡病毒（ZIKV）感染的分子机制，本研究以感染复数（MOI=1）的寨卡病毒（ZIKV）感染人神经前体细胞（hNPC）的sgRNA阴性对照（sgNC）细胞与ZSWIM8基因敲除（ZSWIM8 KO）细胞。感染24小时后，收集细胞进行RNA提取与转录组分析。
