Phloem regions from Plasmodiophora brassicae infected and control, mock-inoculated plants were collected from the hypocotyls, and from the petioles of the first fully expanded true leaves, of Brassica napus cultivar Harry plants at 7 days and 12 days post-inoculation. RNA-Seq libraries were prepared from RNA which was extracted from laser-capture microdissection of phloem tissue from transverse sections.

本数据集的样本采集自甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus)品种Harry的植株:分别在接种芸苔根肿菌(Plasmodiophora brassicae)以及进行空白模拟接种(对照组)后7天、12天,采集其下胚轴与第一片完全展开真叶叶柄处的韧皮部区域。随后通过激光捕获显微切割(Laser-capture microdissection)分离横切片中的韧皮部组织,提取总RNA并构建RNA测序(RNA-Seq)文库。
