Test-day milk records with genotypes from Japanese Holstein cow

This dataset contains anonymized test-day milk records and genotypes from Holstein-Friesian cows in Hokkaido, Japan.Variables include test date, days in milk (DIM), parity, milk yield, milk composition (fat, protein, solids-not-fat), somatic cell count (SCC and SCS), calving information, and selected SNP genotypes (DGAT1 K232A, GC–NPFFR2 rs109452259, GC–NPFFR2 rs137147462, BRCA1 rs134817801).All cow identifiers have been anonymized.本数据集包含来自日本北海道荷斯坦-弗里生奶牛（Holstein-Friesian）的匿名化当日泌乳检测记录与基因型数据。其所涵盖的变量包括：检测日期、泌乳天数（days in milk, DIM）、胎次、产奶量、乳成分（脂肪、蛋白质、非脂固形物）、体细胞计数（SCC与SCS）、产犊信息，以及选定的单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）基因型，具体为DGAT1 K232A、GC–NPFFR2 rs109452259、GC–NPFFR2 rs137147462、BRCA1 rs134817801。所有奶牛的标识信息均已完成匿名化处理。
