Occurrence and removal of antibiotics, antibiotic resistant bacteria and antibiotic resistance genes in hospital wastewater treatment system

Hospital wastewater treatment systems are a significant source of antibiotic resistance genes and a crucial hub for transmitting ARGs from clinical to natural environments. To further comprehend the dynamic changes of resistomics in hospital wastewater systems. 医院污水处理系统是抗生素抗性基因（Antibiotic Resistance Genes, ARGs）的重要来源，同时也是将ARGs从临床环境传播至自然环境的关键枢纽。为进一步解析医院污水处理系统中抗性组学的动态变化，本研究采用宏基因组学分析方法，对五家医院污水处理系统内的抗生素抗性组、细菌群落与金属元素开展关联分析。
