The effect of ATR inhibition on the replication timing program

As a part of the project looking into the role of ATR in regulating replication initiation, we report the replication timing analysis of the U2OS cells treated with ATR kinase inhibitor AZD6738 U2OS cells were treated with DMSO or 5uM AZD6738 for 30 minutes before labelling of the ongoing replication with 10uM BrdU.本研究作为探索ATR（共济失调毛细血管扩张症与Rad3相关激酶）调控复制起始作用的项目的一部分，报道了经ATR激酶抑制剂AZD6738处理的U2OS细胞的复制时序分析。实验中，U2OS细胞先用二甲基亚砜（DMSO）或5μM AZD6738处理30分钟，随后以10μM BrdU（溴脱氧尿苷）标记正在进行的复制过程。
