Italy's Diplomatic Outreach (Ministers of Defence)

The Diplomatic Outreach dataset tracks bilateral diplomatic visits between countries. Each observation tracks the direction of the visit, the level of the visit, and the political actors involved. Additional details on the topics discussed during the visits are also included, when available. This version tracks the visits of the Italian Ministers of Defence 2011-2022. This dataset was developed in collaboration with Valeria Bellotti, Alberto Brusadelli, Yiwei Gao, Andrea Panza, and Andrea Zanoni.外交外联数据集（Diplomatic Outreach dataset）用于追踪记录各国间的双边外交访问。每条观测记录均会记录访问方向、访问层级与参与的政治行为主体。若有可获取的相关资料，还会补充收录访问期间讨论议题的详细细节。本版本聚焦追踪2011至2022年间意大利国防部长的外交访问行程。本数据集由Valeria Bellotti、Alberto Brusadelli、Yiwei Gao、Andrea Panza及Andrea Zanoni合作研发。
