the highest Global Climate Risk Index (CRI). These countries, referred to as TenHRCC, include The Bahamas, Bangladesh, Haiti, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, and Thailand.Annual data from 2005 to 2019 is utilized. The <i>dependent variable</i> is <i>CRI</i>, while the <i>independent variables</i> consist of <i>Ecological Footprint (EF)</i> and <i>Forest Area (FA)</i> provided by the Global Footprint Network as <i>indicators of Environmental Variables</i>, and the <i>ratio of Renewable Energy Consumption to Total Energy Consumption (REC)</i> as the <i>Renewable Energy variable</i>. <i>Economic Growth (EG)</i> is designated as the <i>control variable</i>, given its known influence on climate change according to the literature.
