Comparison on Representations of Heterogeneous data for Semantic knowledge retrieval and interoperability

THis comparison provides works/researches undertaken to represent and reason with heteregeneous health data, that is, data from different platforms and perspectives. The representation will feature different formalisms, implementation approaches andevaluation tools. The representation is aimed at providing semantically represented knowledge on different platforms. The knowledge can be heregeneous data in general or specifically health will be retrieved after similarity checks have been performed on them.

本次对比梳理了面向异构健康数据（heterogeneous health data）开展表示与推理的相关研究工作，此类数据源自不同平台与不同视角。该类数据表示方案将涵盖多种形式化方法、实现路径及评估工具，旨在为不同平台提供语义化表示的知识。无论是通用异构数据还是特定的医疗健康数据，均需先完成相似度校验，方可被检索获取。
