Gordionus montsenyensis (Montseny horsehair worm) genomic and transcriptomic data

This project provides the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Gordionus montsenyensis, common name Montseny horsehair worm, as part of the European Reference Genome Atlas Pilot Project (https: //www.erga-biodiversity.eu/pilot-project). The data under this project are made available subject to the Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https: //www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/). The assembly is provided by the Institute of Evolutionary Biology.

本项目作为欧洲参考基因组图谱（European Reference Genome Atlas，ERGA）试点项目（https: //www.erga-biodiversity.eu/pilot-project）的组成部分，为蒙塞尼马鬃毛虫（Gordionus montsenyensis，英文名：Montseny horsehair worm）生成了对应的基因组与转录组数据。本项目产出的数据需遵循《生命之树开放数据发布政策》（Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）对外公开。本次基因组组装工作由进化生物学研究所完成。
