C elegans mutants with shortened locomotor healthspan

From an unbiased forward genetic screen, we isolated Caenorhabditis elegans mutants that show a shortened locomotor healthspan. The whole genomes of the mutants were sequenced to identify the causative mutation sites.本研究通过无偏正向遗传筛选，分离得到运动健康寿命缩短的秀丽隐杆线虫（Caenorhabditis elegans）突变体；随后对该批突变体的全基因组进行测序，以鉴定导致该表型的致病突变位点。
