Gene expression profile of Age associated B cells, Follicular B cells, and B1 cells. Mus musculus

We performed gene expression profile of different B cell populations found in old (18 months old) C57BL/6 female mouse (B1 cells were recovered from both young and old C57BL/6 mice). Mice were naïve and healthy (no autoimmunity was detected at the time of the experiment). Overall design: Different B cell populations were sorted using flow cytometry and RNA was isolated.

本研究对18月龄C57BL/6雌性小鼠体内的不同B细胞群开展了基因表达谱（gene expression profile）分析，其中B1细胞分别从年轻及年老的C57BL/6小鼠中分离获取。受试小鼠均为未致敏健康个体，实验期间未检测到自身免疫异常。实验整体设计：通过流式细胞术（flow cytometry）分选不同B细胞群，随后提取RNA。
