Supporting data for "The use of a high-sensitivity droplet digital PCR assay for risk prediction in chronic hepatitis B"

These datasets were utilized for the thesis "The use of a high-sensitivity droplet digital PCR assay for risk prediction in chronic hepatitis B". The datasets involved chronic hepatitis B patients either on antiviral therapy or with hepatitis B surface antigen seroclearance, with all patients were recruited from Queen Mary Hospital Hong Kong. These datasets encompassed clinical and laboratory data from these patients.

本数据集用于学位论文《高灵敏度液滴数字聚合酶链式反应（droplet digital PCR）在慢性乙型肝炎风险预测中的应用》。本数据集纳入的受试者均为慢性乙型肝炎患者，涵盖接受抗病毒治疗者及已实现乙型肝炎表面抗原血清学清除者，所有受试者均招募自香港玛丽医院。本数据集包含上述患者的临床及实验室检测数据。
