Single cell atlas of the tree shrew, a mammal most closely related to primates (PRJCA035578)

Numerous aspects of the tree shrew's immune system remain insufficiently characterized, presenting a significant obstacle to enhancing tree shrew health and their application as preclinical models. In this study, we utilize single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to construct a comprehensive cell atlas of the postnatal development of the tree shrew thymus.
