Database on the ingested biomass of supplemented and wild foods by adult brown howler monkeys (Alouatta guariba clamitans) of two groups and their time budgets in southern Brazil

Dataset used to run generalized linear mixed models (GLMM) assessing the influence of daily ingested biomass (g) of supplemented foods, sex and their interaction on time (min) devoted to resting, feeding, moving and socializing and the contribution (g) of wild fruits and leaves to the diet of two groups (JA and RO) of brown howler monkeys (Alouatta guariba clamitans) inhabiting periurban forest fragments in southern Brazil.
