ONT sequencing of carbapenem resistant Citrobacter spp. isolates

This SRA project includes all basecalled and filtered WGS data of carbapenem resistant Citrobacter spp generated with Nanopore sequencing with the RBK114 library kit on R10.4.1 flow cells .
