Bee Study Data

Data and R code for the analysis of pollinator plant trials. In this study, we screened 23 wildflowers native to the Pacific Northwest region of the U.S. for their attractiveness to bee pollinators, to identify plants to promote to gardeners interested in pollinator conservation. Data were collected at Oregon State University's North Willamette Research Extension Center in Aurora, OR. Data was collected in the summers of 2017, 2018, and 2019.<br>Abundance data was generated form five minute pollinator observations. Bee specimens were sampled using an insect vacuum.用于传粉植物试验分析的数据与R代码。本研究针对美国太平洋西北地区原生的23种野生花卉开展筛选试验，评估其对蜂类传粉者的吸引效果，以筛选出适合向关注传粉生物保护的园艺爱好者推广的植物。试验数据采集于俄勒冈州立大学位于俄勒冈州奥罗拉市北威拉米特研究推广中心，采集工作在2017、2018及2019年夏季开展。 传粉者丰度数据通过5分钟时长的观测记录生成；蜂类标本采用昆虫真空采样器采集。
