Bacillus subtilis subtilis RO-NN-1 P4D12 resequencing

Genome resequencing of B. subtilis mutant strain resulting from random recombinations between strains NCIB 3610 and RO-NN-1. Strain is mostly RO-NN-1 (~80%) but the rest includes randomly swapped snippets of NCIB 3610.本数据集对应一株由菌株NCIB 3610与RO-NN-1经随机重组获得的枯草芽孢杆菌（Bacillus subtilis, B. subtilis）突变菌株的基因组重测序数据。该菌株的基因组以RO-NN-1为主要背景（占比约80%），剩余部分包含来自NCIB 3610的随机交换片段。
