Rapid assessment survey of faunal diversity of Buxa Tiger Reserve, India West Bengal, during end of the winter period in 2024

In the month of February 2024, the students of the Environmental Science, of Adamas University (India) accompanied by the faculty members went to Buxa Tiger Reserve in Raja Bhat-khawa (Alipurduar District, West Bengal, India) for an excursion organised by the Nature Mates Nature Club.  Field survey was conducted to study the habitat, behavioral patterns, flight process and other activities of the local birds, butterflies and other animal species in the area. Careful and meticulous observations of the faunal species were recorded over the course of the field days and were noted down with specific real time environmental parameters.

2024年2月，印度亚当斯大学（Adamas University）环境科学专业的学生在教职员工陪同下，参与由自然伙伴自然俱乐部（Nature Mates Nature Club）组织的研学考察活动，前往印度西孟加拉邦阿里普尔杜阿尔县拉杰巴特-哈瓦（Raja Bhat-khawa）的布克萨老虎保护区（Buxa Tiger Reserve）开展实地调查。本次野外调查旨在研究该区域内本土鸟类、蝴蝶及其他动物物种的栖息环境、行为模式、飞行过程与其他活动特征。调研期间，研究人员对各类动物类群开展了细致严谨的观察记录，并同步记录了对应的实时环境参数。
