资源简介:
This study aims to characterize the composition and diversity of the human gut microbiota across different age groups and dietary patterns using 16S rRNA gene based sequencing. Faecal samples are collected from individuals representing distinct age categories and dietary habits to evaluate age and diet-associated variations in gut microbial community structure. Amplicon sequencing of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene is employed to profile taxonomic composition, assess microbial diversity indices, and compare relative abundance patterns among cohorts. Comparative analyses are performed to identify microbial taxa and community signatures associated with differences in diet and age, and to explore their potential association with health and disease related states. The generated dataset provides a resource for understanding gut microbiota modulation by host related factors and supports future studies on microbiome-based stratification and personalized therapeutic approaches.
