Comparison of mother-daughter vaginal Lactobacillus crispatus genome sequences

To investigate the possibility of direct transmission at birth and persistence of one member of the vaginal microbiota, we generated and analyzed draft genome sequences of Lactobacillus crispatus strains isolated from a mother/daughter pair.为探究分娩时发生直接传播以及阴道微生物群中某一成员持续定植的可能性，我们对从一对母女体内分离得到的卷曲乳杆菌（Lactobacillus crispatus）菌株的草图基因组序列进行了构建与分析。
