Isolation and identification of antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Antibiotic resistance in bacteria

In this study isolation of antibiotic-resistant bacteria was done using LB agar media. The isolated bacteria were identified by 16S rRNA sequence analysis using MEGA-X software and BLAST tool.

本研究采用LB琼脂培养基（LB Agar Medium）分离耐药细菌。所分离得到的细菌通过16S rRNA序列分析（16S rRNA sequence analysis）进行鉴定，分析过程中使用了MEGA-X软件与BLAST工具（BLAST）。
