RNA-Seq analysis of high-fiber diets and caloric restriction in mouse liver

mRNA expression profiling of genes regulated by high-fiber diets and caloric restriction in 3-month-old mouse liver. Three months male mice fed with CR, RD, IF30, IF30m, CF30 and CF30m diets for 4 hours were evaluated.

针对3月龄小鼠肝脏中受高纤维饮食与热量限制（caloric restriction）调控的基因开展mRNA表达谱分析。选取3月龄雄性小鼠，分别饲喂CR、RD、IF30、IF30m、CF30及CF30m六种日粮，处理4小时后进行评估。
