<i>De novo </i>transcriptome of surface freshwater isopod species <i>Proasellus karamani </i>(Asellidae). Animals were flash-frozen in liquid nitrogen. Total RNA was isolated using a spin column-based commercial kit and RNA was additionally DNase treated. RNA from 3 individuals were equimolary pooled for library prep. A bead-based, poly(A) selection kit was used for the preparation of the libraries and the sequencing was carried out on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform with read length of 2x150 bb. The raw full-length reads were deposited in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive with the BioProject accession number PRJNA1056448 (Biosamples SAMN39098622, SAMN39098623, SAMN39098624). Species-specific <i>de novo </i>transcriptome was generated using Trinity software.<br>

淡水表层等足类动物卡拉马尼亚原等足虫(*Proasellus karamani*,潮虫科Asellidae)的从头转录组(de novo transcriptome)数据集。实验动物经液氮快速冷冻后,采用基于离心柱的商用试剂盒提取总RNA,并对总RNA额外进行DNase消化处理。将3个个体的RNA按等摩尔浓度混合以进行文库构建;文库制备采用基于磁珠的poly(A)富集试剂盒,测序在Illumina NovaSeq 6000平台上完成,读长为2×150 bp。原始全长reads已提交至NCBI序列读取档案(Sequence Read Archive),关联的生物项目(BioProject)登录号为PRJNA1056448,对应生物样本编号为SAMN39098622、SAMN39098623、SAMN39098624。本研究采用Trinity软件构建得到该物种专属的从头转录组。
