This project will develop a broad -spectrum antibacterial novel compound by introducing different structural unit designs based on the nature product CSA. The bactericidal mechanism will study by chemoproteomics. Based on the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of those compounds, we tried to explore the application of this kind compounds to chronic refractory wounds to fight infection.

本项目以天然产物CSA为基础,通过引入不同结构单元的设计思路,开发广谱抗菌新型化合物;其杀菌机制将通过化学蛋白质组学进行研究。基于此类化合物的抗菌与抗炎活性,本研究拟探索其在慢性难愈性创面抗感染治疗中的应用。
